      "text": "AIが契約文書を生成できることと、正しい当事者へ正しい文書を送信し、必要な署名状態と証跡を得たことは別の事実です。電子署名APIをAgentへ接続する場合、文書生成、署名依頼の送信、署名者の操作、完了状態、最終文書の取得を別々の状態として扱い、それぞれをreadbackできる設計が必要です。"

      "text": "不可逆な送信の直前に、送信対象の文書versionまたはhash、recipient、実行環境、権限、承認者を固定します。draft生成権限とsend権限を分離し、least privilegeを適用します。監査記録にはactor/agent、承認identity、document hash/version、recipient set、provider側のrequest/envelope/signature ID、environment、timestamp、response class、event ID、最終status/readbackを残します。\n\nDropbox Signではtest modeの署名依頼は法的拘束力がないと明記され、productionと同じ「署名成功」として扱えません。またsigner emailを変更するとsignature_idが変わり得るため、emailだけを永続identityにしない設計が必要です。署名完了後でも最終ファイルの準備中には取得が409となり得るため、完了event直後の一度のdownload失敗を署名失敗と断定してはいけません。"

      "text": "想定すべき失敗には、誤recipient、誤った文書version、ambiguous timeout後の重複send、test/production混同、signer email修正によるidentity変更、rate limit、callbackの遅延・重複・欠落、完了直後のfile preparation待ち、expire/decline、過剰scope、edit/resendによるquota消費、requester access removalを全消去と誤認すること、法的または組織上の承認不足があります。\n\nwebhookやConnectは有用な非同期signalですが、任意tenantでexactly-once deliveryされることの証明にはなりません。callback受信だけで最終成功を確定せず、provider側statusと必要な最終文書を別途readbackします。曖昧なtimeoutでは自動再送の前に既存request/envelopeの存在を確認し、重複送信を防止します。"

      "text": "利用可能な機能はAPI plan/quota、OAuth/API scope、production entitlement、template/embedded機能、account/team policy、法域、identity verification方式、organization approval policyに依存します。公開ドキュメントから特定tenantの設定や挙動までは証明できません。\n\n電子署名providerが監査証跡や本人確認機能を提供していても、それだけで全法域・全契約の法的有効性が保証されるとは扱いません。法的有効性、本人確認レベル、retention、backup、endpoint別idempotency、webhook retry/dedup semantics、実SDK defaultsは個別確認が必要です。"
